Construction Supervisor Rail (m/f/d)

Join our team and strengthen us immediately at one of our project locations (Stuttgart, Hamburg, Hannover, Celle – on-site or hybrid) as Construction Supervisor Rail (m/f/d).

You ensure that demanding infrastructure projects in the railway sector are implemented safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. As a Construction Supervisor, you take responsibility on the construction site and act as the central interface between the client, planning, and executing companies. We offer you exciting and challenging projects with renowned international clients that you can drive forward together with our dedicated team.

• Monitoring and management of construction services in the railway sector

• Ensuring compliance with quality, deadline, and cost specifications

• Checking the execution according to plans, regulations, and Deutsche Bahn guidelines

• Coordination of all project participants on the construction site

• Conducting and documenting acceptances

• Claims and defect management

• Participation in construction meetings and coordination with authorities and project partners

• Experience as a Construction Supervisor in the railway environment

• Completed functional training / authorization as a Construction Supervisor Rail Construction (KIB, OB, TK, LST, 50Hz, etc.)

• Good knowledge of relevant guidelines and regulations

• Independent, structured way of working

• Assertiveness and communication skills

• Willingness to work on construction sites
